At Phil & Ted's, I led design initiatives for Soft Goods, focusing on stroller bags and baby soft carriers. My role expanded beyond design as I was crucial in redesigning strollers and kids' accessories. As the Lead POS and Packaging Designer, I directed a dynamic team of 3-4 designers, managing workloads and projects and implementing PMS solutions to meet complex international legal product warning signage requirements. My time at Phil & Teds underscored my dedication to innovative, safe product design and effective team leadership.
